Today, on my way to the office to go to work, I left my house.
on pulling out my garage, a common tactic is the Metro neighbors which surrounds me, parking cars in patterns to send hidden messages to create mental illness
which has gone on, non stop since I moved in for the last 15 years. Today was 3 Honda Prius’s parked togethor. 2 black and 1 grey. There also seemed to be a lady in a black toyota 4 runner, which seemed to be just sitting in her car lurking which is a common tactic. Weather she was waiting around, or waiting for me to leave, is difficult to say.

On my way to work I stopped off at the Peruvian restaurant to get some food for lunch where I am always harrassed with various tactics from cars being parked backwards, whistlers, and people walking by in color clothing patterns. upon leaving, 2 green suv’s parked togethor backwards, and one man just sitting watching me.
As I left to go to the office down Tampa street, right passed the peruvian restuarant, a man in a white coupe pulled from the side of the road and went to make a U-turn launching his vehicle at me.
I swerved my suv out of the way to the left, but when trying to recover back to the right, the suv, couldn’t deal with that kind of maneuvering and went into a 180 hydroplane, and sliding into a phone poll on the opposite side of the road.
Of course, the man driving the car, did not stop and took off going down Kester street. Now the thing of this is, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident. I believe from the age 16-44, this tactic of someone waiting for me on the side of the road and launching their vehicles at me has happened 4 times, maybe even more.
When I was 16, and driving to High School, a man on a Honda Motorcycle, slid his bike in the rain in front of me which I do not believe was an accident. They then went around saying I had hit the bike with my car and tried to scare me into confessions. Right after this, my wrestling coach pretended he was in a motorcycle accident to try to get this confession along with suggestive messages from roomates that they hit a man with a bike wheel.
A short time after this, when driving past the Honda dealer barrowing my brothers car, a lady was waiting for me on the side of the road with the same tactic launching her vehicle at me and causing an accident. When getting out of her car, oddly enough, she yelled, “You tried to kill me” which didn’t make much sense coming from someone launching their vehicle in front of me.
A short while after this, on Mason street, where everyone went on friday night at the street Races when I was 16 -18, once again, this happened where a man saw me coming down mason, and launched his vehicle at me where I managed to slide my car sideways and avoid him.
There is no doubt I have avoided some other of these situations, until today.
The man waiting with me for the police to arrive was telling me things like I should tell them that I have bodily injuries for more money and such, which is a common tactic of person after person coming in my life trying to manipulate me into situations to use against me.
Of course, when the police came, not only do they know me, but the officer started repeating some of the tactics the Starbucks employees are told to do to create mental illness showing that this is all connected.
When the tow truck driver came, he also was working on the same mental illness tactics. He mentioned that he had come right before me from an accident where there was a Honda, and a Mustang, which one of them was launched onto a fire hydrant and water was spraying everywhere. He then started calling me “Brother” which is a common innuendo tactic to try to send me hidden messages or create schizophrenia.
But what is interesting about this is that when I was about 14 years old, my brother and friends went out on their so called “RUNS” as they called them doing all sorts of road mischief, that they were pinning on me. And one of those things my brother claims that they ran a vw onto a fire hydrant.

who was sent after me took me to play Paparazzi at a Malibu Starbucks, where he had Tia Lioni, and Martin Sheen, show up and had me take their pictures as a setup to smear my name in the entertainment industry to ruin my name. While I thought it was just a weird idea and took part in it one time, I felt really guilty afterwards, but little did I know that this was to ruin my name. Of course I never gave out the images or used them, just deleted them and felt guilty. As being a Paparazzi has never been anything I’d ever want to be and it was just a person saying lets screw around. Little did I know his motives and what he was doing and involved in, in this campaign since 10 years old to remove me from society.
After this, Charlie Sheen decided to write parts of my life into his show, 2.5 men. As revenge for this insignificant act of someone saying. “Take his picture” and smearing my name to the world with every lie, smear, attempted setup, and mental illness tactic known to man.
But right after Brian’s setup at Starbucks, he wanted me to go to Uni vision with him, as they played a clip of a car getting launched onto a fire hydrant to try to scare me into false confessions of the things my brother either did or said he did to pin on me and remove me from society.
Now this is where things get really strange, after taking my car to the autobody shop and going home, I notice that their is a Orange and black Explorer I think with the license plate “Hey♥AVI” Which seems to have to do with this girl who was Stalking me from Yankee Doodles pool hall named heather who didn’t like me saying “Hey” to her when she kept provoking me with covert passive aggressive tactics and followed me to the Encino Starbucks trying to set me up.
Their was water all over the street, the Fire Hydrant had been knocked off, and the hole plugged. But of course nobuddy took the fire hydrant which I thought was strange. Just left it on the side walk.
Now this car, just sitting around on the street must have been watching the hydrant 3 hours after this happened for some strange reason, just waiting for me to come home. And when I took pictures of the Hydrant, she got very defensive as if she was involved and said she didn’t want to talk about it. The police showed up about 10 minutes later, talked to her for about 10 minutes, then everyone left.
About 15 minutes after this, a AAA tow truck pulled up and just sat by the fire hydrant for no reason. And when I spoke with him, he also kept calling me “Brother” and basically said he wasn’t here for that he was just waiting around. Which is odd, because AAA trucks don’t just randomly sit on my street for no reason, nor do they mimic what the prior one was doing.
Oddly enough, the next day, I get a call from someone in the neighborhood by the accident who was given a copy of the Collision report with my name on it who called me. Which is strange because those reports are meant for me and the insurance, and the only reason that it would be given out is to covertly let people know. “Kevin did this” of course like usual ignoring the full story, of something no buddy would care about anyways. But this way they could probably use their mass notification system to say, look what Kevin did now to rile the masses against me.
Now these are common street theater tactics done to me all day and night to try to cause guilt, obsession, try to force me into false confessions about parts of my life where people go out and do things, pin em on me, then tell the world I am a horrible monster as they try to torture me into also confessions or try to create mental anguish to create mental illness. from the continual mental illness patterned tactics in peoples conversations with information collection as Brian Longbotham eluded to as their “Spy Games” to the terror messages that I have to confess to things to remove me from society. Along with endless attempted setups to continually try to put me in these situations to get dirt to try to come after me with.
While these endless accusations of things that don’t exist or I am accused of are given to the world in the 1000’s, I am told I have somehow done something wrong, am not allowed to have any sort of life, and watch people work on me all day and night 24/7 since 10 years old. Showing that this is clearly a covert mental illness campaign from people with Psychology degrees to use mental illness tactics to try to get me to either commit suicide from endless mental anguish, or work with the police to try to set me up, and get any confession, or try to push me out of control to remove me from society which clearly was decided at the age 10 years old for some reason.

Tonight, like usual, aside from the endless terror operations, endless mental illness attacks, two of the larger things that were done. One was the neighbors from the Metro Complex next door following me out as I was leaving pretending to take a walk while one of the girls, as I was driving by rushed my car throwing things at me.
The also yelled “Go to Hell” which seemed relevant to me creating this picture this week. As if I had committed some kind of crime. Then of course threatening me that she is going to call the police on me.
Now the only thing that could possibly be offensive in this picture is if she is some psychotic crazy Christian that thinks she see’s Devils or Demons in people and hunts down and tries to kill people over their artwork. Which we all know isn’t true being that every single work of art I create no matter how harmless it is, they have an excuse to stalk and hunt me down and try to kill me over. Which is unheard of that mass groups get togethor trying to kill someone over meaningless art all working togethor. Showing that it is not about the art, but about trying to make up lame excuses to justify killing or ending my existence.
But not only this, As I posted this on the social networks. I said something like. “Now don’t go sending in some hot girl in a while chair after me like you did in my Art Class at University of Colorado to paint next to me trying to work on either getting some kind of confession, or trying to frame or set me up which is done to me over and over. And like back then in University of Colorado for creating a dungeons and dragons Demon painting.
After this, Today, I was met with tons of people once again harassing me, and whistling at me. Hinting I am a Whistle Blower for speaking out about being hunted for extermination and removed from society. Yet they are not mad about the psychotics sent after me, and probably being paid to end my life or remove me from society.
And trust me, I can go through lists of people and names who were sent after me. Especially in Colorado. And on IRC in Colorado. Pretending to play psychologist and working on me for false confessions from each and every work of art, working with the police and government. So you might say well, I am a schitzo and believe in the devil. Yet how can you explain that it then switches from Tyson art, to abstract art, to Air plane art, to sculpting, Dragon Art, Random sketches on class notes, Photoshots with Yellow and Blue abstract surreal background boxes. YES! just random boxes. Girls on Chess Boards photoshoot and CG, Angel in Hell Photoshoot, asked to do by the girl, Lorena with Pattern Backgrounds, which is a big one in the Kevin Perelman Committed a crime because patterned backgrounds are somehow crimes, Girls with Leopard Pattern shoes! You get the idea. I mean if I am schitzo, how does that apply to each and every one? Last I checked, A schitzo develops a personality in a character form. It doesn’t switch from one to the next in the 1000’s. Showing that, these are excuses to justify their beyond any level of illegal, and government supported Hidden Agenda.
Why would they be mad about this art? I can assure you. They are not.
But the words from a 2 week later fired employee at Golden State Sports Medical, Victoria Licardo. “Lorena is just trying to protect the company” seems very RELEVANT!
Nothing here is illegal, wrong, or even out of the norm. Now maybe some crazy who thinks a girl showing her ankles will destroy their company. But it really seems to be out of hate, and rage from my family about something at 9 years old. And when you are dealing with psychotics, things don’t make much sense. For example, for all I know, is when I was around 9 years old. I was at the dinner table. And my father told me to eat my liver. or chopped liver. And I told him I didn’t want too. And he said If I did not eat it I could not leave the table. I did not eat it and waited around for a while. And for all I know, I DEFIED him. And he snapped! I cannot tell you because when people like this hunt you. You do not know where it is coming from, or why. Nor do people normally care about things like this. But some Psychotic murderers do. Which is really for more complex blogs and books to talk about the intricacies of the entire 35 year situations, personalities, behaviors, and why things are going on and being done to me from Paranoid Psychotic behaviors, and then turned around on me to cover it all up.
Another tonight was, another attempt to cause a collision trying to set me up. While joking around watching speed racer and posting. some comments which are relevant to the things being done to end my life which the people targeting me don’t want me talking about.

Which even though I am joking around. It is pretty much the truth that every female I have been in contact with since 9 years old has been told to do whatever it takes to lie, try to set me up, or frame me, to remove me from society. And a lot of them like Kelly Hatch, Jen Hess, Probably paid.
Hence the RAGE and ANGER of me speaking out. Yet odly enough. No one is mad that I am being hunted. They just want me quiet while they kill me.
Needless to say, While driving by the house I grew up at around 7 years old. and the Wells Fargo on Victory and Topanga. In the slow lane, and about 25 MPH, the car to my Left tries to once again like the other throw his car at me to get me to hit him and try to make me look crazy, reckless and out of control.
While I now cannot count the amount of people launching vehicles at me over the last 30 years. And avoiding almost all of them with Obvious Intent as I see them do the same things over and over.
I managed to avoid this person, and instantly he does a U-Turn. Hence, the T180.
While normally these would be coincidences. These are not since I watch these people do these types of things to me all day and night over and over. And they get angrier and more aggressive the more the truth comes out.
This also has to do with the fact that a lot of the media they put in such places that they know I will watch on the Internet to try to send me hidden messages to create paranoid schitzofrenia and things like this. And when I joke about the movie, they take offense that they can’t keep me in terror.

You know, standing up to a Bully/Terrorist, they don’t like that type of thing. Hence why my brother is so heavily involved in hunting me down with this group over 35 years. It’s not because of anything I’ve done. It’s what I know, that he or the people helping him does not want coming out and the public getting. Because it will show the ype of person he, and the people helping him really are.
What even weirdo then this. Not only was my brother told by my family and police to go out putting a license plate frames on his car, that said “I Swerve and hit people at Random” and committing all these road rage crimes and pin them on me. Not only is no one mad at him and his friends for doing it, which is weird. as he has been pinning all these frame jobs on me since 9 years old and told to do it by my family and police. But yet, people really fly off the handle when I speak out about it watching people try to kill me over it. So my point is. Why would they not care less about the person who is doing it once they found out? and are even more in a violent rage at the person who found out what was being done to him to be met with people whistling at me, each time I speak out hinting I am a whistle blower, and launching cars at me my entire life on a more aggressive scale once they find out I know what is really going on. At no point after me figuring out, and speaking out about the truth and what I was finding out what was going on have they, pretty much being world wide, my family, the police, been angry at my brother for it. Does that sound a little strange? They are only angry that the hunted is talking about being hunted.
I also realized, that my brother and these people were using this license plate frame to infer to me, and tell the world that I am a women hater, and women beater. Hence while I noticed women for no reason coming in my life and making up lies to the world that I hit them. And this type of things would happen over and over. Which is also strange that no women has ever been hit, and I have pretty much been the nicest person to women and everyone else until finding out I had a world wide extermination campaign to kill me or rid me of the world.
In my life, an imperfect hug will launch a world wide murder operation with Police and Government. I wish someone would explain that to me. But there really is no explanation. Because it doesn’t make any rational sense to begin with other then. My family saying, we had a kid, now I want an abortion. And I don’t like him.
So you can see. This isn’t about me being anything but exterminated like Adolf Hitler did to the jews, except it is a world wide campaign against one person. And anything will be said to make it look justified, while they try to brainwash me and make me think I am somehow a bad person and deserve it.
Now this applies to all aspects on my life. From every person I’ve been in contact with since 9, every job, every hobby, you name it. They just go from thing to thing trying to figure out ways to launch world wide extermination operations. And no one seems to be mad about this working on the Your imaging it angle. Or the Lorena Escobar “Your just too sensitive” angle. As if these world wide secret conspiracy, terror and setup attempt and frame jobs over and over are somehow normal, Which we all know isn’t true.
