The Truth Before the Court: Re-sentencing Evidence, Proper Legal Procedure, and the Systematic Suppression of Facts by Defense Attorneys And Those Helping Under Penal Code 182 Conspiracy And The WORLDWIDE Defamation Of Character To Cover Up What They Started Around 1977

These documents were submitted to the court to establish the facts, preserve the evidence, and demand proper legal procedure during resentencing. Intentionally distorting the truth, suppressing material evidence, or attempting to discredit me through defamatory characterizations does not change what the evidence establishes. Instead, such conduct raises further questions about accountability, obstruction, and whether these actions form part of a broader conspiracy under California Penal Code § 182.

Why is it in 54 years the only thing that is used in a courtroom or outside is methods to EXPLOIT Imperfection to use against me instead of looking tat the obvious?

The truth does not become false simply because someone refuses to acknowledge it, and the evidence does not disappear because someone refuses to examine it.

The moment a charge gets in the door, you’re already judged. No matter how much evidence you bring to prove your innocence, the people who’ve already made up their minds refuse to look at any aspect of the flat-out proof.

Every defense attorney I’ve dealt with has blocked nearly every part of the truth with absurd black and white thinking views in life.  I’ve tried to bring before the court. They charge outrageous fees to defend me, then refuse to look at the very evidence I bring them to prove my innocence. They’ve already passed judgment, and they use their position as my defense attorney to keep that evidence from ever reaching the judge. Some of them even playing victim.

Then you’re judged yet again for speaking out about what went wrong and for continuing to fight to get the evidence and documentation into the official record or before the public. In my case, this involves what I have described as illegal police operations, part of a broader conspiracy under California Penal Code § 182 to remove me from society—an effort I trace back to the age of five, involving threats of murder and eradication at all costs.

No matter how much truth, honesty, or supporting evidence you present, the judgments continue to pile up. You bring forward documentation, they refuse to examine it, and then they use your persistence against you. The very act of demanding accountability becomes another reason to condemn you. Instead of addressing the evidence, they judge you for refusing to remain silent.

Then you’re judged again for speaking out, for trying to get the documents into the court record, and for bringing them to the community. In my case, what I’m asking people to examine goes back to 1977, when I was five years old. I want the records examined for evidence of unlawful police operations and whether they support my claim of a conspiracy to commit murder under Penal Code section 182.

The judgments pile up. You bring the evidence. They refuse to examine it with malicious intent. Then they hold it against you for insisting that someone look at it. No matter how honest you are or how much documentation you bring, the more you prove them wrong, the angrier they get. Every attempt to get the truth heard gives them another reason to judge you.

For me, this pattern goes back to 1977. Every piece of the truth I bring forward is met with retaliation. I’ve seen people put what they already believe ahead of the facts, ahead of honesty, and ahead of the judicial process that’s supposed to give the evidence a fair hearing.
