One of the group dog walkers trying to thug me, and tell me what I can and can’t do

Notice, I am simply being polite, and asking if she wants a card.

She jumps back like Aubrey Fisher did to me at an Encino Starbucks when telling her I had the flu to try to make everyone think I am violent and attacked her.

Then she says “You better not” basically telling me I am not allowed to hand anyone a card with a blackmail tactic. Now I can
understand why people are annoyed with cards.

But they are only passed out in Defense to they endless mobbings. And the cards are 10 years or so after them refusing to stop and leave me alone.

So this simple behavior of their applies to everything I do. If I don’t sit perfectly straight, if I am in the bathroom for longer then 30 seconds at a Starbucks, if I sit at the park for more then 10 minutes.

Basically some kind of psuedo new wave Nazi behaviors. But the Police, Government, are supporting all of this.

Group dog walker with matching Camero Colors

Notice here, I am nice as can be. Not only do they have a white Camera with a black stripe parked with they keep parking the one white, and one black jeep cherokee’s.

Last week they actually had 4 jeep cherokees togethor in this same spot all in a row.

But also his Jacket is white with a black stripe.

And down the Street they had 2 people waiting for me in their Camero’s. One was red, and one was black, across from each other.

Notice how nice I am, and notice his blackmailing, thugging personality. Basically, I do what they say, or I am dead and gone. Once again, not about cards. that is their cover up excuse.

Notice how 100% of every conversation is, I do what they say. Their is never any time taken to address the the obvious, which I have endless proof of.

Just like Adolf Hitler telling you that you are not a good person, only they are working with the Police as Police Volunteers, and neighborhood watch terror groups.

Simple conversation showing I am the decent person and they are the criminals

This is an example of a simple converation with one of the people who came out of his house, because he doesn’t want me taking walks with world wide support. So they all come out with about 20 dog walkers out of the Metro Complex at the same time directed at me to try to create paranoid schizofrenia and get a reaction. Notice, he is also wearing solid black pants, and a solid white shirt. Which is one of their mental illness tactics in groups. Also, they usually come out in that color if I hand someone one of my cards which is Black and White. Notice how he tries to make things look personal, and it doesn’t work. Also, notice the lame restraining order question. Because you can’t file 100,000 restraining orders a day against strangers using psychological warfare tactics and no direct contact. Working every angle and tactic known to man to control me. Instead of just be HONEST, getting the truth out so everyone can have good lives. Notice how I am the calm, honest, and non violent one. And he is the Enraged Tyrant who can’t get what he wants, and his tone is demanding and angry. Yet despite the fact I am being tortured to death by their terror operations to try to set me up. I am still the calm and non violent one.

Indirect Confession – “That’s the guy I want to kill”

While this is not necessarily direct, and people say these things out of Anger all the time.

The context of the situation is that, he is not mad about me passing out the cards.

While politely passing out cards in hopes they stop.

The cards are a result of their terror operations. The cards and website did not exist until way after me finding out and being tortured
to death.

I found out at 29, this campaign since 9 years old was going on, and the cards existed around 40 years old.

So in this case, and context, that is their motive. And this shows their anger towards me.

Also, they are telling the world I am a violent paranoid schizo, but of course, do I sound violent here? Then they will work on me with verbal coordinated terror tactics to try to provoke me into anger to make me look violent. My point is, that whatever they say is a cover up for their ulterior motives which starts at a young age

And it is not about my website or cards. While they might want it to appear this way and say I am a nuisance, it is not. My point is, if I am being hunted, and he doesn’t think it is wrong, then, clearly, this is more then a thought, or feeling that he is involved in.

While not 100% sure, I’m guessing one of the endless people working with Starbucks and LAPD to try to make it look like I’m a reckless driver.

This one is a lot less subtle if it is one. But I am pretty sure it is. Because what happened was right before the girl left. The man in front of me asked her out. Then when I left She tried to back into me in such a way that when I get my car fixed, the LAPD can say I hit someone because the damage is on the front of my car.

But they usually go further having people say things like I am in a jealous rage because the man asked the girl out.

Of course nothing is ever directly said to me. These elaborate frame jobs are usually given out world wide to try to make it look like I am angry, enraged, and a danger to myself or others, and not to speak to me and things like this.

This is also a man waiting to my right, and I have a feeling he is one of those witness/liars. Which I see a lot. He is watching the situation in case I mess up. Yet he is not concerned with the girl trying to ram her car into mine and set me up, if you get the idea.

These types of operations are all day and night for me, and most of the time, they are not random events, they are calculated with mass groups communicating using internet technology

This is across 2 days, you will notice, tons of coordinated events in 2’s. Their these are the more subtle tactics which lead into large group mobbings as it kind of
cycles back and forth. They start with the subtle terror tactics in hopes that they can get a reaction. But if they can’t get a reaction, the will fabricate
some kind of behavior they don’t like.

Example, lets say you start to notice these things, and start taking pictures of these events. They will say, you are causing problems in the community, and need to be
immobilized. With worldwide support. Then things will escalate into large groups for punishment. But of course, just like how this all got so big, if you do things like
take a photography class, or even just buy a camera to create photography and art. Before even using it, these mass groups will be told you are a nuisence. So you have to
question what is going on, if people just don’t even want you to have a camera, before ever even having a camera

If they got no reaction, one will be fabricated and given to the world to coverup what they are doing. And larger and larger groups will come after me world wide. But the things
they don’t like, are perfectly normal. You didn’t sit perfectly straight at a Starbucks. Maybe you were in the bathroom for over a minute. Or sometimes, Maybe you are in
the bathroom for a long time for whatever reason. Maybe it’s cramps, or fixing your makeup if you are a girt. Then lies will be given world wide and people will follow you
to the bathroom, or knock instantly each and every place. Or Starbucks turning off the lights on me each time I tried to go to the bathroom

They are doing this to provoke you into reactions to make their unjustified stalkings look justified. Yet stalking people is never justified. Now when do they stop?
they don’t! EVER! I have been all sorts of dissinformation. It is because I a ma leader so I should accept the pain isolation. Trying to make me look crazy. People trying to
get me so desperate into thinking I am God. So they can give it to the world. A lot of times, it is you are on the run, which the police tell them so that they think
you did something wrong, so they help the police

But these are all provoked and manipulated situations for reactions to remove you from society working with the police. The whole concept of needing to set someone up,
basically means that they are a good person, and if they weren’t you would just arrest them when they commmit crimes. Setting someone up means someone or the police
don’t like them, but they did nothing wrong.

So, what you are seeing here is all day and night 24/7 world wide operations like this, all around the target, me, to rid them of the world. And oddly enough, no one is
concerned about this why they play stupid, then ask you why it is happening, to try to turn things around on you and get false confessions. But anyone with common
sense would say, this is unnaccaptable. This video shows the level of detail thay are working on me wiht.

Showing that their are internet based terror systems built around me for Propaganda, terror/torture with no aspect of truth, honesty, or defending yourself. And any
person you are in contact with have the power to make up any lie they please and give it out world wide

Taking away your consitional rights, freedoms, without even a judicial system or you knowing what it is even about. And usually, it’s not about anything but somoene

I’ve now observed these things being done to me world wide with full police support and involvement for 17 years, going on 35 years.

First walk around my block – 10/18/2017 7:30 pm

2nd walk around my block walk – 10/19/2017 5:00 pm

3rd walk around my block – 10/19/2017 8:20 pm

4th walk around my block, Very Detailed across 2 days – 10/21/2017 1:37 am and 10/21/2017 8:51 pm

While on the third day, they slowed down with the more obviolus mass groups but have gone to more subtle terror tactics.

Things that are a lot harder to notice, but things are still going on. While normally their are not many dog walkers, this is more how things normally look from that aspect.

Things they did ramp up are things you wouldn’t be looking for. Such as groups of cars without plates or dealer plate covers.

People waiting in cars watching me, I counted 2 of them. This time with the lights off trying to be stealth,

and the varies parked cars in 2’s or named to try to create schizophrenia

This is about an hour of not watching much, but it makes you understand their patterns or terror and the reasoning.

The reason they are a lot more subtle after their more aggressive operations is because they want to rile me into the point to get a violent reaction which they have been working on since a young child to cover up all their operations.. And make my family and Brother look like good people and cover up their lies, and all the things they did to me.

So if they can get me to go ballistic on someone, they will then tell the world. See, Look who Kevin is and what he did.

Kinda like making me into a shooter that starts blowing away musicians from a casino.

That is their goal, because they don’t want to look like who they really are which are Adolf Hitler personalities wearing badges and NSA terror systems being used on private citizen like myself who know why, my family, as wel.

Covering up the fact that they have made up every lie known to man to violate things like Patriot Act and FIFA, because of what I know they have done.

Also, the next video Day 4, will show more aggressive behaviors of theirs because they didn’t get the reactions they want to remove me from society.

Once again, another boring hoour long video of what is going on. But it shows the coordinated terror tectics by my neighbors even working with the fire department

This time it goes from large groups to subliminal level passive aggressive terror tactics, and most in 2’s

This is because when things start to normalize again, they want to try to make it look like nothing is going on, in hopes that they can get a reaction no matter how insignificant to make riling up more people look justified.

For example, if I were to be rude to someone walking, they would then get mass groups to come back out as punishment, for attacking me in the first place.

Basically, you do what we say, or we beat you. But on a psychological mental battering and not in the traditional sense.

The other thing is these terror operations have changed form and gone all day and night for 35 years always with a justification how this is my fault, and pretending that what is going on, isn’t normal.

What is going on, is UNPRECEDENTED and one of the largest crimes in history against one man, known to man.

It’s very strange to me why people are playing stupid and not coming forward, bui the Police, NSA, FBI, gov started in on me with my family at a young age, and I think people actually believe the stupidity they are fed about me.

Needless to say, this exposes these operations more and shows the difference between a simple walk yesterday, and one the next day.

And it isn’t very entertaining to watch. But it does show how these people operate with their gang stalking tactics and what they are, and always have been doing to my life to try to remove me from society working with the police.

aside from the anyone camera bounce, you will get the idea of what they are doing if you are patient and sit through it

This is an example of a simple walk around the outside of my place of the types of things that have been done to me every single time I’ve left my house for 17 years of moving in here.

This time, they decided to all come out at the same time, all walking dogs after I walked out. This is a common tactic. These aren’t random events, these are group coordinated. They do this with clothing colors, cars, you name it working on me every way, shape and form known to man, starting at 9 yrs old

And this type of thing has been done to me, my entire life starting at around 9 years old. I had no clue it was even going on, until after 29 years old, met with Death threats by Mike Huntley and the people working with him, originally my brothers friend.

I knew Mike for about 25 years and thought he was a decent person, until realizing that he wanted me dead and gone, and was working with my brother who at around the age 14, basically told me, he and his friends put a teacher in a mental institution, and then told me he had a bug in my room and they were listening to everything I was doing with the hopes he could turn me into a paranoid schizophrenic and things like this.

While the situation is extremely complex, it has grown into world wide operations with the Internet to remove me from society.

While this video seems subtle on the surface, trust me, it is not. Especially with all day and night world wide repetition, and usually around 100,000 world wide terror attacks per day on the Internet, on top of the local areas I am at.

Most people don’t focus on the subtle things that happen all day, and that is because they are not targeted with never ending repetition to make you more and more sensitive.

This walk is a lot more subtle then usual. Usually their are a lot more cars in 2’s and such. Or mass group coming out doing U-turns by me over and over, or driving by and honking at me.

This also doesn’t take into account the things they do with the verbal terror tactics. Then they get mad when I am forced to pass out cards, with my website explaining that they have been told lies and are involved in a crime.

These operations are to make you look crazy, get reactions and remove you from society with government flagging operations. Not because any crime has been committed or you would be arrested.
